Hello
My name is Adrian Torbenson, and a little about "Let Your Voice Be Heard" is I like to Advocate, and Help those with Mental Illnesses, Disabilities, and anyone in general with the story of my life. In short on December 7, 2001 at age 11 I was hit by a Drunk, and Drugged driver in Winona, MN walking home from a Middle School Dance. I suffered many injuries including a Traumatic Brain Injury that erased all my memory besides out of body experience. I was pronounced dead on the scene, but later put into a coma for 2 weeks. When I woke up I knew absolutely nothing. I was told I'd never walk again, never graduate High School, Never get into College, or Publish a book, but I've done all that, and more.
There’s nothing quite like talking to people who have read my blog. Any time someone takes the time to send me a meaningful message or gives me feedback on my blog, it really makes me feel like I’m making an impact across the world. In addition to creating my own written content, I’m always looking to help other people out with their own stuff, and I also really like sharing other influencers’ work with my readers and fans. It's my Life goal to be able to make a difference no matter how big, or small.
I’m always trying to improve my content by making it more fun for you to read and, hopefully, continue to get something of value out of it. My blog wouldn’t exist without my readers, so I balance staying true to my wonderful community with experimenting with (hopefully) better materials, writing techniques, and artistic designs. If there’s anything I could be doing better with my blog, please don’t hesitate to give me suggestions!
